Liz and her team always leave our place super clean. Communication is great, cleaners are timely, thorough and reliable. I really like their post-clean communication. Making a payment is seamless and secure. Definitely recommend.

No, as long as you have a way to let us in when you are not home there is no reason for you to have to be there. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to be remain at home. All of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy and friendly, they do have a schedule though so make sure to give them enough space to get their work done.
Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for, is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. If you believe we did an outstanding job please write a review of us on an online site so others can see what our service has to offer. We love to read customer reviews!
We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. There will be a charge of 50% of the price of the cleaning visit within 48 hours ie for no notice cancellations and lockouts. If you are sick and it’s your cleaning day, please email us at [email protected] by 8:30 am. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning at our earliest opportunity. Please do not have us clean if your family is home with the flu or other illnesses. Remember you are home because you are contagious! Thank you.
Fresh Start Cleaning Services provides all of our own cleaning products and equipment, we will not be using anything that you have in the house already (unless agreed upon due to warranties requiring a specific product). This is because Fresh Start Cleaning Services trains our employees on which product to use on every surface. We are also making efforts to be environmentally conscious by using mostly hydrogen peroxide based, biodegradable, septic-friendly, kid and pet-safe products. There are occasions when a surface will require a different approach, in which case, our team will consult with the homeowner before proceeding. We are constantly making changes to better the working environment for our employees and to make sure we can deliver a better service for our clients.
